Sample Three Course Dinner
Starter
- Trio of Salmon - Hot smoked, marinated and tartar
- Tomato and mozarella salad (v)
Main course
- Roast turkey breast stuffed with sage and apricot, braised chestnuts served with pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce and served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Braised pumpkin and butternut squash risotto & Parmesan crisp (v)
Dessert
- Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy butter
