Once you and your guests have enjoyed a sumptuous dinner it’s time to be treated to a truly unique sensational vocal and visual extravaganza. ‘Paris’ is a breathtaking performance that literally bursts with feathers, sequins and the glamour and sensual beauty of 19th century Paris. With swirling skirts and frills – witness a truly authentic ‘Can Can’ performed by some of the original members from the world famous Moulin Rouge in Paris.

Starter

  • A. Loomswood Duck and Wild Mushroom Terrine served with mulled poached pear and orange salad, nutmeg crisps in a Cumberland port sauce, or
  • B. Fresh Salmon and Dill Fishcake with beetroot cured salmon, pea & bean salad & Chantilly watercress crème fraîche, or
  • C. Warm Mary Quicke’s Goat’s Cheese & Apple Chutney Tartlet with butternut squash and courgette salad in a honey and rosemary dressing

Main Course

  • A. Roast Chicken Breast filled with puy lentil and sage seasoning served with gratin dauphinoise, Chantenay carrots, fine beans and smoked bacon crackling in a thyme sauce, or
  • B. Upside Down Shallot Tart with salt crust baked celeriac and Greek style baby spinach and wild mushrooms

Dessert

  • A. Warm Rustic Bramley Apple Christmas Pudding Strudel caramelised plum and pecan nut praline served with thick vanilla pod double cream, or
  • B. Belgium Chocolate Dipped Choux Pastry Rolls served with white chocolate ice cream and drunken kirsch cherries, or
  • C. Devon Blue Cheese served with roast fig, apple and cider chutney and a walnut and raisin loaf

Dress Code

Dress to impress! Gents either black tie or smart (trousers with shirt & tie), ladies smart evening wear. Please inform all your guests that we do not allow trainers, t-shirts, denim or jeans (even designer pairs!). If guests are not dressed appropriately, we reserve the right to refuse admission.
