Disco Ball is a stunning design incorporating funky cocktails, stylish entertainment, dramatic coloured tube lighting, glitter covered pillars and sparkling mirror balls!

Cocktails are served from the brightly lit Disco Ball Bar while seating is provided on custom made sparkly circular banquette seats.

The disco dining room will sparkle with glitter covered pillars, dazzling colour tube lights and mirror balls.

You can make this event into a glamour black tie ball or laid back disco-tastic party; anything goes with this fun flexible theme.

  • chargrilled mini beef burgers with blue cheese, served in a sesame seed bun
  • Roasted fig, goat's cheese and red onion served on crostini
  • Prawn risotto cakes with sour cream and chilli
  • Mini roasted jackets filled with babaganoush topped with mozzarella
  • Home made chickpea falafel, with coriander and garlic served with a yoghurt dip
  • Chicken parfait served on raisin toast with orange jelly and popcorn

  • Grilled monkfish with salsa verde crushed peas, served on rosemary toast

starter

  • Warm salmon, leek and brie tart served with a roasted red and yellow pepper, cracked wheat salad and a basil cream sauce
  • Warm tomato, artichoke and pumpkin tart with roasted beetroot and chick pea salad served with a basil cream sauce (v)

main course

  • Breast of Suffolk chicken stuffed with wild mushrooms and apricots served with fondant potato, roasted carrots, butternut squash and kale with a tarragon red wine sauce
  • Wild mushroom gnocchi with spinach, baby brocolli spears and a roasted red pepper sauce topped with sweet potato crisps (v)

dessert

  • A trio of desserts;
  • Honey brulee with a plum compote
  • Lemon drizzle cake topped with cream
  • Mini chocolate meringues topped with pear and cinnamon ice cream

coffee

Rich Colombian fair trade coffee with white and dark chocolate truffles
