Singapore Swing Christmas Party at Glaziers Hall


Glaziers Hall oozes elegance and will be complemented by warm atmospheric lighting, oriental projections and delicate table centres, creating this delightful Singapore Swing theme.

Guests will enjoy a sparkling reception served in the breathtaking River Room so guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the river Thames.



Singapore Swing

The dramatic chandeliers in the dining room glisten and sparkle creating beautiful reflections on the smartly dressed tables. Oriental screens and intricately detailed fans complete the look.

Later the lights go down and the music goes up as the funky party DJ plays all your favourites, keeping the dance floor full 'til Midnight!

Sample Seated Dinner Menu

Starter

  • Fillet of salmon, pickled mouli, asian dressing and coriander shoots
  • Tarte fine of roasted tomatoes and mozerella, nicoise olive tapenade, field greens and basil vinaigrette (v)

Main course

  • Roasted breast of Barbary duck with an apple and pea mash, buttered Bok Choy & a five spice scented jus
  • Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom pithiviers on savoy cabbage and crème fraiche with a celeriac Dauphinoise and a cèpe jus (v)

Dessert

  • Rich chocolate truffle cake with a mulled wine syrup and a compote of winter berries

  • Thai Green Chicken Curry With Steamed Rice
  • Roasted Shoulder Of Lamb, Leek Mash, Roasted Carrots And A Rich Red Wine Sauce
  • Noodles Tossed With Roasted Duck, Peppers, Spring Onions And Garlic With A Hoi Sin Sauce
  • Sautéed White Fish, Tomato And Herb Hot Pot On Long Grain Rice Tossed With Peas
  • Bubble and squeak topped with seared courgettes and crispy leeks
  • Slow roasted belly of pork with creamy mash and a calvados and apple jus

Sweet

  • Warm Chocolate Brownie With Rich Chocolate Sauce
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding With Cream

Coffee

During service, selections of dishes are served from a buffet point whilst the remaining dishes are served to the guests offering an innovative dining experience.
