This year at Event City, join us on your chosen night for an unforgettable evening of Off Piste: where a non-stop party of Après-style revelling is guaranteed; an electrifying blend of ice cool glamour and red hot groove set in the exquisite surrounding of a breathtaking alpine winter wonderland.

On arrival, make your way past the roaring log fire and frosted tree tops, to be welcomed into the heart of a bustling Alpine Village, where a dizzying array of lively bars vie for your attention. Whether your preference is for bubbling Champagne, high octane shots, speciality beers, fine wines or warming winter cocktails, every taste and whim is catered for.

A non-stop party of Après-style revelling is guaranteed!

Beautiful hanging lanterns, warm furs and enchanting, snow covered wood cabins set the scene as you and your guests savour an array of mouth-watering canapés and marvel at the breathtaking assortment of entertainment taking place around you.

Soon an explosion of pyrotechnics echoes between the log cabins and the snow white drape falls to the ground to reveal the most spectacular sight; a sky filled with giant, glittering icicles which hang delicately above exquisitely decorated dining tables. It is here that a lavish, freshly prepared menu is served at beautifully dressed tables and as the food, drink and banter flow, entertainers appear to raise the tempo once more.

As dinner comes to an end, the DJ will beckon you to fill the underlit dancefloor for a night of non-stop party music and dancing. The funfair will also come to life with a surge of bright lights and colours as the beautiful carousel, high-speed waltzer and adrenaline pumping dodgems entice your guests from their tables. For those that prefer not to go straight onto the dancefloor, they can cruise the cocktail bars or down shots from the giant ice luge for some high spirited fun or perhaps try their hand at one of the casino tables.

Canapès

• Confit belly of pork with apple purèe
• Sole goujons with minted mushy peas
• Prawn and avocado cocktail
• Turkey burger with smoked cheddar and cranberry relish
• Cured fillet of beef and pecorino skewers
• Spiced pita crisps with roasted aubergine dip (v)
• Sweetcorn and coriander fritter with tomato salsa (v)

Starter

• Ham hock terrine with sweet spiced chutney, watercress and sourdough toast
• Roasted vegetable gateau with braised onions, sweet potato crisps and saffron aioli (v)

Main course

• Sage roasted breast of chicken with glazed carrots, winter greens, roasted baby potatoes and red wine sauce
• Twice baked parsnip soufflé with salt baked baby winter vegetables and thyme veloute (v)

Dessert

• Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and clotted cream ice cream

Coffee and Tea

Served after dinner from ingoing stations around the room
