A party of film premiere proportion

Searchlights scythe through the night sky and illuminate the cloud base over Event City. It is the most important night of the year and your eagerly awaited Christmas party is about to commence!

Only the most heavenly, divine, fun loving and fashionable people are granted entry, and as you sail up the red carpet and pass the flash guns of the rabid paparazzi, the club hostess ticks you off her VIP list.

Prepare to be amazed...

Having entered the warmth of the foyer you will be given the opportunity to shed your coat and more importantly any inhibitions, as you join the hottest party in town, prepare to be amazed!

Cages hang from the ceiling, filled with bodies bedecked in an array of rainbow, ruffles, sequins and feathers; they groove and pulsate in time to the rhythm. Hot pant clad roller skaters serve weird and wonderful cocktails and delicious canapés, whilst overhead a beautiful girl swings from a trapeze, sprinkling angel dust on guests as they pass below.

Once seated, the real extroverts take to the under lit dance floor which flashes wildly as they execute their wild and unreserved performances. Course after course of delicious food is served as artists perform on sensuous silks, hoops and trapeze from high above. It is here in the beating heart of the party, where the most eclectic mix of performers raise the tempo.

Soon the fun casino opens up in the cocktail bar and just when you think the excitement has reached its peak, the final curtain falls to the ground to reveal an incredible sight; smoke and lasers dance between carousels, waltzers, and dodgems; an indoor playground just waiting to entertain.

From this moment on, you are in no doubt that this really is "The Greatest Party on Earth…"

Canapés

• Mini chargrilled beef burger in a seeded bun with cheese and tomato relish
• Fish, chips and mushy peas served in a cone
• Pork & leek sausages, rolled in honey and mustard, creamy potato dips
• Mini popadums with chicken tikka masala and mango chutney
• Crispy vegetable spring rolls, sweet chilli dipping sauce
• Giant Parmesan and paprika straws

Starter

• Thai style baked fillet of salmon, topped with a coriander and red pepper crust, crispy vegetable and noodle salad, soy and chilli dressing
• Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable tart, salad of vine tomato, organic Sussex feta, Kalamata olives, basil and a balsamic dressing (v)

Main course

• Roast breast of Cornish chicken coated with fresh herbs, potato & leek crush, fine green beans with chestnuts and shallots and a rich red wine & tarragon sauce
• Butternut squash risotto with wilted spinach and fine beans, rocket and Parmesan salad (v)

Dessert

• Rich dark chocolate and honeycomb parfait with gingerbread biscuit and a raspberry sauce

Coffee and Tea

Served after dinner from ingoing stations around the room

• Rich Colombian Fair Trade Coffee with White and Dark Chocolate Truffles
• Freshly brewed Teas and Fruit Teas

Late Night Treats

• Sugar Rush Bar - Bowls of sherbet dib dabs, space dust, flying saucers, cola bottles, black jacks and pink shrimps
• Chocolate Fountain - with fresh cut fruit, mini doughnuts, waffles and mountains of marshmallows
• Survivors Breakfast served at midnight - Delicious mini hot dogs and crispy bacon butties served with Frenchies mustard and ketchup
