The iron curtain has crumbled and fallen and the Eastern Bloc has gradually released many of its hottest and most closely guarded secrets to the Western world. This year at Willows Farm we invite you to discover, encounter and lose yourself in a cavalcade of unique Russian tastes and experiences, which for hundreds of years have been withheld so fervently from the West.
As you arrive at the venue through a heavy snow storm, you will be given a warm welcome by our Cossack guards who huddle around a red hot brazier singing Siberian folk songs and greeting you with good cheer. Enter the venue and find it transformed by a myriad of contradictory sights and sounds that work together in curious harmony...
A beautifully frosted Christmas tree soars through the blizzard to the heights of the foyer, laden with twinkling lights and shimmering crimson baubles; the pure and heavy snow laden atmosphere is permeated by the wild sounds of a raucous party seeping from the adjoining bar drawing guests like a magnet to the most happening party around; an irresistible blend of ice cool glamour and red hot groove.

Dancers sway and grind in time with the beat, their lithe bodies covered in little more than oil and glitter, as blinding beams of light are emitted from the ice bar and glamorous aerial artists tumble from the ceiling. Every sense is seduced by an abundance of diversity: from divinely mixed cocktails and frothing champagnes for the nose, to spicy canapés and richly scented delicacies for the palate. This combined with the throb of funky music, sparkling lights and a vibrant atmosphere all conspire to create a spontaneous and explosive party atmosphere...
In a fanfare of noise, iridescent lights and fiery pyrotechnics, the gossamer thin dividing wall vanishes revealing a dining room of unparalleled opulence. Stilt walkers, fire eaters, poi twirlers, jugglers and acrobats lead the guests through to a luxuriously decadent room, dripping in crystals and shimmering under the light of a thousand candles, which flicker and waver beneath the towering silhouettes of the Red Square onion domes...

Sumptuous fabrics in rich colours drape the tables, which are laid with smart glass goblets and cutlery, polished to perfection. Fine wines flow as the guests pull their crackers and toast their friends as course after course of exquisite food is served up by immaculately tailored staff. Each platter brings a fresh delight for the guests as they dine like Tsars. Like a Siberian snowstorm gaining momentum, the evening picks up pace and whisks guests along on a tantalising journey of extravagance, indulgence and excess.
Senses are inundated by a stream of temptations and sensations. Pounding music fills the air whilst a parade of human entertainment pours past: fire eaters that leave you breathless; contortionists that require you to suspend belief; aerial artists that defy gravity and dancers who entice you into the shadowy regions of your mind. A dark circus of the imagination unfolds under a canopy of twinkling starlight some guests will choose to watch, whilst others will be lured into participating.
For those who seek a diversion from the visual spectacle, discreet areas are set aside where guests can sip iced vodkatinis and indulge in high stake games of roulette, blackjack and poker, test their strength on the striker or savour the sugary delights of the chocolate fountains. As the evening accelerates at a pace and the music shows no sign of slowing down, dodgems whiz around while glitter cannons explode over the dance floor and a thousand streamers and confetti colours tumble over the excited party revellers. Nostrovia! promises to enclose guests in a swathe of good will, good fortune, good feelings and good times; and to send them home with a wealth of good memories.

- Char grilled Breast of Suffolk Chicken Coated with a Tomato and Sage rub, served on a Bubble and Squeak Potato Cake With sweet roasted Butternut, Courgette and Beetroot
- Spiced Chickpea, Butternut and Parsnip Soufflé with Courgette ribbons and a roasted Vine Tomato and Red Pepper sauce (v)
