We are excited to present Electric Circus for the 2010 winter season at Old Billingsgate. The party will incorporate the world of circus and illusion with the ultimate modern twist!

Billingsgate Xmas Party

Our stunning production will include an illusionary infinity bar, state of the art lighting features and a truly dramatic main stage. Superb caters Create Food and Party Design will provide delicious dinner and drinks for your guests.

Combining all of this with a fantastic circus act and our absolutely amazing band ‘Mad Hen’ will ensure your guests have an unforgettable evening.

Location: In the heart of the city, a short walk from Monument tube station

SAMPLE SEATED DINNER MENU

Starter

  • A terrine of salmon and smoked salmon with cracked black pepper, seasonal salad leaves drizzled with lemon dressing
  • Baby leek, spinach and goats cheese tartlet on a bed of rocket with a balsamic dressing (v)

Main Course

  • Rump of lamb with thyme on a bed of carrot and swede mash, redcurrant and thyme sauce
  • Spiced chickpea cakes with red onion and coriander salsa served with fondant roasted potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables (v)

Dessert

  • Flaming traditional Christmas pudding and warm rum sauce

SAMPLE BUFFET/ BOWL FOOD MENU

Savoury

  • Seared Thai salmon on lime fried rice
  • Bangers and mash - Cumberland sausages on leek mash with red onion gravy
  • Wild mushroom risotto with parmesan and pinenuts
  • Mozzarella, Parma ham on rocket and basil, honey mustard dressing
  • Roasted Mediterranean vegetables with rocket & garlic salad, toasted ciabatta & shaved parmesan

Sweet

  • Festive Yule log with chocolate frosting
  • Sherry trifle and cream

During service, selections of dishes are served from a buffet point whilst the remaining dishes are served to the guests offering an innovative dining experience.
