As your guests step inside from the cold winter's evening they will enjoy a sparkling reception in opulent surroundings.

At the call for dinner your guests will be invited into the Great Hall, where magnificent chandeliers glisten and sparkle creating a perfect setting to enjoy a delicious dinner.

After dinner the atmosphere will change to party as our superb DJ and disco entice your guests onto the dance floor to complete a fantastic 2010 Christmas party.

Location: On London Wall, a short walk from Moorgate station.

Starter

  • Fillet of salmon, pickled mouli, asian dressing and coriander shoots
  • Tarte fine of roasted tomatoes and mozerella, nicoise olive tapenade, field greens and basil vinaigrette (v)

Main course

  • Roasted breast of Barbary duck with an apple and pea mash, buttered Bok Choy & a five spice scented jus
  • Jerusalem artichoke and mushroom pithiviers on savoy cabbage and crème fraiche with a celeriac Dauphinoise and a cèpe jus (v)

Dessert

  • Rich chocolate truffle cake with a mulled wine syrup and a compote of winter berries

  • Thai Green Chicken Curry With Steamed Rice
  • Roasted Shoulder Of Lamb, Leek Mash, Roasted Carrots And A Rich Red Wine Sauce
  • Noodles Tossed With Roasted Duck, Peppers, Spring Onions And Garlic With A Hoi Sin Sauce
  • Sautéed White Fish, Tomato And Herb Hot Pot On Long Grain Rice Tossed With Peas
  • Bubble and squeak topped with seared courgettes and crispy leeks
  • Slow roasted belly of pork with creamy mash and a calvados and apple jus

Sweet

  • Warm Chocolate Brownie With Rich Chocolate Sauce
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding With Cream
  • During service, selections of dishes are served from a buffet point whilst the remaining dishes are served to the guests offering an innovative dining experience.
