This year at Willows Farm, join us on your chosen night for an unforgettable evening of Off Piste: where a non-stop party of Après-style revelling is guaranteed; an electrifying blend of ice cool glamour and red hot groove set in the exquisite surrounding of a breathtaking alpine winter wonderland.

As you sweep into the beautiful surroundings of Willow Farm, thousands of fairy lights draped on beautifully dressed trees illuminate the entrance. Having disposed of your hats and coats, you are beckoned to enter a surreal iridescent forest of ice, lit magically in frosty violets and blues.

A non-stop party of Après-style revelling is guaranteed!

Your heartbeat instantly rises and you feel the atmosphere suddenly change tempo as you emerge from the frosted forest into the heart of a bustling Alpine Village, where a dizzying array of lively bars vie for your attention. Whether your preference is for bubbling Champagne, high octane shots, speciality beers, fine wines or warming winter cocktails, every taste and whim is catered for. Savour an array of mouth-watering canapés and marvel at the breath-taking assortment of entertainment taking place around you. Acrobats, fire acts and dancers: spin, writhe, whirl and gyrate to the accompaniment of raucous music; re-creating the noisy bustling atmosphere of many an Alpine resort.

Soon dinner is called and you descend from the thriving bar scene into a fantastical winter wonderland, where an exquisitely decorated candle-lit dining room, is encased in a forest of sparkling snow-topped fir trees.

A lavish, freshly prepared menu is served at beautifully dressed tables, which appear to shimmer and sparkle under a layer of glittering frost. As the food, drink and banter flow, entertainers appear to raise the tempo once more.

As dinner comes to an end, the icicle stage ascends upwards with spell-binding grandeur and unveils underneath, an immense polished dance-floor which our superb DJ beckons you to fill for a night of non-stop party music and dancing. For those that prefer not to go straight to the floor, venture onto the dodgems, cruise the cocktail bars or down shots from the giant ice luge for some high spirited fun or perhaps try their hand at one of the Casino tables.

For those who have experienced the atmosphere of Après Ski before, be prepared for your finest and most memorable moments to be re-lived. For those Après Ski virgins...be prepared for Off Piste to take your breath away well into the New Year!

Canapés

• Mini chargrilled burgers in a seeded bun with melted cheese and tomato relish
• Fish, chips and mushy peas served in a cone
• Pork & leek sausages, rolled in honey and mustard, creamy potato dips
• Mini popadums with chicken tikka masala and mango chutney
• Crispy vegetable spring rolls, sweet chilli dipping sauce
• Giant Parmesan and paprika straws

Starter

• Thai style baked fillet of salmon, topped with a coriander and red pepper crust, crispy vegetable and noodle salad, soy and chilli dressing
• Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable tart, salad of vine tomato, organic Sussex feta, Kalamata olives, basil and a balsamic dressing (v)

Main course

• Roast breast of Cornish chicken coated with fresh herbs, potato & leek crush, fine green beans with chestnuts and shallots and a rich red wine & tarragon sauce
• Butternut squash risotto with wilted spinach and fine beans, rocket and Parmesan salad (v)

Dessert

• Rich dark chocolate and honeycomb parfait with gingerbread biscuit and a raspberry sauce

Coffee and Tea

Served after dinner from ingoing stations around the room

• Rich Colombian Fair Trade Coffee with White and Dark Chocolate Truffles
• Freshly brewed Teas and Fruit Teas

Late Night Treats

• Chocolate Fountain - with fresh cut fruit, mini doughnuts, waffles and mountains of marshmallows
• Survivors Breakfast served at midnight - Delicious mini hot dogs and crispy bacon butties served with Frenchies mustard and ketchup
