After a successful debut year in 2011, this year we are presenting 'Gatsby' at The Pavilion at one of London's most remarkable landmarks.
The versatile yet elegant marquee is set amid the private garden of The Tower of London's northern moat and stands alongside the Tower of London which is beautifully up lit creating an idyllic setting for your winter celebrations.

The theme for 2012 is 'Gatsby' - taking you and your guests into the world of the 'roaring twenties', a world of opulence, Jazz, Rolls Royces, yacht clubs and elegant dresses.
This theme willincorporate the design trends from the era with a modern twist which is sure to wow your guests!
Guests will arrive at the entrance to be treated like stars as they are 'papped' by our fun photographers. As they make their way into our 1920's inspired members club they will be greeted with a glass of something sparkling and can relax and enjoy reception drinks whilst soaking up the atmosphere.
This reception space lends itself to evening entertaining with its stunning decor and windows looking out onto the up lit walls of the Tower of London, allowing guests to feel thoroughly spoilt by attending a party within such a prestigious location.
At the call for dinner guests will make their way through to the dining room where the 1920's feel continues, this time with more sparkle and pizazz!
Sitting underneath the sparkling ceiling our award winning caterers will provide a delicious banquet followed by a truly stunning performance by our late night singer and piano duo, which will ensure your guests leave, touched by the magic of a twenties infused evening.
After dinner our DJ will take centre stage as our feature LED dance floor comes alive and is sure to encourage all of your guests up out of their seats, dancing the night away!

DJ and Disco
Fun Photographers: Our fun photographers will greet your guests at the door to the venue dressed in trilby's and old-school macs ready to snap and charm your guests into the event. They will then go around the venue and capture your guests enjoying themselves.
Nick and Kitty: Nick Shankland is an amazing vocal talent who combines a lyrical tone alongside a real Hollywood showmanship to truly recreate that legendary cabaret style. Alongside Nick is the delectable Kitty La Roar. Kitty is a stunning vocalist with a look that harks back to the heyday of the early jazz era. These two wild performers have entertained at parties for Hugh Hefner and Graham Norton for the Soho Revue Bar and Too 2 Much in the last few months.

Sample Starters
- Potted prawns with a lemon mayonnaise
- Seasonal salad, of butternut squash, roasted balsamic beetroot, goats curd, rocket and a beetroot dressing (v)
Sample Main Courses
- Confit leg of duck, creamed potato, port and orange pickled red cabbage and green beans
- Baked filo strudel, filled with roasted parsnip, rocket and goats cheese with sautéed potatoes, winter greens and a red pepper pistou (v)

- Dark chocolate and salted caramel tart topped with cranberry orange cream and an orange wafer

- Winter duck ragout with garlic potatoes
- Roasted shoulder of lamb, leek mash, roasted carrots, red wine sauce
- Roasted guinea fowl, wilted sprout tops, braised red cabbage
- Beef casserole, wholegrain mustard mash, spiced butternut squash, red wine jus
- Smoked haddock kedgeree, crispy spring onions
- Honey and mustard glazed sausages, red onion jam, wensleydale mash
- Belly pork, apple and mustard mash, red cabbage puree, cider jus
- Beef rib with truffled new potatoes, hazelnuts and watercress
- Smoked salmon, new potatoes, pea shoots, sprouts, balsamic glaze
- Lemon posset, apple jelly, lavender shortbread
- Pomegranate pannacotta, casis jelly, ginger snaps
- Ginger sponge, chestnut ganache, caramelised blood orange
- Mulled red wine pears, chocolate sauce, shortbread

Christmas Party Accommodation, Hotel Stay and Party Packages
Why not combine your Christmas party with a hotel stay. Christmas Connections have developed relationships and special rates with hotels throughout the UK to negotiate a fantastic package price. Hotels often hold Christmas events in house, attending one of these parties plus staying on site can make your event one to remember.
If you would like to add party accommodation to the existing Christmas party package please make sure we're aware of numbers and style of accommodation required, we can then offer a Christmas Party with the most relevant hotel for your budget and location.
We can always organise hotel accommodation after you have booked a Christmas party package with us, however all accommodation will be sold on a first come basis.
