A mixed platter including all of the following dishes will be served to your table to get you started:
Filo parcels filled with cauliflower & blue cheese (v)
Courgette, tomato, black olive & sweet pepper antipasto (v)
Garlic dough balls & italian olive breadsticks with roasted aubergine dip (v)
Crispy jacket potato wedges (v)

Pork & apple chipolatas served in rustic bread baskets with a wholegrain mustard mayonnaise dip
Starter
Warm pumpkin and aged gruyere tart with bitter winter leaves, caramelised walnuts, apple crisps and mulled cider vinaigrette

Goats cheese soufflè on a beetroot carapaccio with chevre cream sauce, house baked breads and unsalted butter

Roasted breast of Gressingham duck breast glazed with chestnut honey, rösti potato, citrus spiced red cabbage, pot roasted root vegetables, and a port and juniper jus
