Minimum group size is 10

All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at time of booking.

If you are a private individual you will pay the prices listed under the "Consumer Price" (including VAT) column.

If you are a business (VAT registered), you will initially pay the consumer price higher price but will then the company may be able to re-claim the VAT, therefore it is the price listed under the "Business Price" (excluding VAT) column that your company will end up having paid. (*please ask the accounts department to clarify your VAT position).

Where is the Fairytale of Bristol Christmas party?

The Christmas party takes place at The Loco Klub is Bristol’s home for alternative arts and events.

Located directly under Temple Meads station, Loco Klub is a series of interconnected parallel railway arches. Bare brickwork leaves a stunning canvas for a myriad of event types. A jaw-dropping events space that’s unlike anything else in the city.

FAQ

What is immersive theatre?

Immersive theatre is when the action takes place around and within the venue and not on a stage. The audience become a part of the scene and the story so actors and entertainers will interact with them directly. It’s super fun!

Will I be made fun of or embarrassed?

Our scenes and interactions aren’t designed to make anyone look silly or stupid. Our team of professional actors and performers know how to bring people along “for the ride”.

Can we get specific guests involved in the action?

Get in touch! We just might be able work something out…

Do I need to dress up?

We absolutely encourage people to dress for the theme! It's 1920'smeets-Turbo Island...interpret that as you wish!

What's the minimum number of people I can book for?

As we always seat groups on their own tables, the minimum number of people you can book for is 10.

Will it be cold in the venue?

The space will be warmed, but due to the age and nature of the building guests may want to keep a shawl or dinner jacket with them for the seated parts of the evening.

Can I wear high heels?

The venue has uneven floor in some areas, so high heels - especially stilettos - are not recommended.

Will I be sat with my group?

You will be sat on the same table as your group, but as part of the experience you may brush shoulders with other guests.

Is there a cloakroom?

There will be a free, staffed cloakroom. You will be provided with a ticket which must be presented to collect your items.

Is there a cash bar or table service?

There's no table service and the bar is open all evening! BYO is not permitted.
