Our superb festive menu is freshly prepared each day on site, guests will be treated to a canapé reception followed a superb 3-course dinner, coffee and chocolates and a midnight breakfast!

** Retail & 999 night: Competitively priced tickets exclusively for businesses in the retail or emergency services & NHS.
*** All inclusive night: House wines, premium beers, ciders and soft drinks are included on this night!

To comply with our licensing policy, guests must be 18 or above to attend our all-inclusive nights.

If you are a private individual you will pay the prices listed under the "Consumer Price" (including VAT) column.All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at time of booking.

If you are a business (VAT registered), you will initially pay the consumer price higher price but will then the company may be able to re-claim the VAT, therefore it is the price listed under the "Business Price" (excluding VAT) column that your company will end up having paid. (*please ask the accounts department to clarify your VAT position).

How to find the party

Arrive by land, air, or sea. Two international airports, 20 minutes from the UK motorway network, and closer still to trains and ferries. A taxi rank operates from directly outside the venue and a 1600 vehicle carpark is located next door. A number of hotels to suite all budgets are located nearby.

Dress Code

Black tie or smart dress essential, jeans and trainers will not be accepted.

Is there an age limit?

Our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old.

What is the dress code?

We have a strict smart dress code, and as such do not allow guests to wear jeans or trainers to our events.

Are there strobe lights used?

Yes, at some of our venues, the disco and entertainment may have bursts of flashing lights.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

Please note that should you wish to add guests to your booking, this is subject to our availability. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any deposits already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any final balances are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER DRINKS?

We have several drinks packages available, complete your drinks order form you received upon booking and pay for your whole package including your drinks on your final balance date.
