All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you are a business you will initially pay the consumer price (including VAT) and then reclaim the VAT, therefore your company will have only paid the business price in the end.

Situated in Vauxhall, South London, the Arch is a classic, historic and beautiful vault that has been crying out to be turned (temporarily) into an exclusive night club. Normally a funky art gallery, the award winning I Do Festivals Team, working in conjunction with The Arch, transform this venue into an unforgettable party for companies, groups and friends who wish to celebrate Christmas in a way they would never usually be able to. Catering for up to 300 guests, this is not a mass party but an exclusive experience.

FAQ

The initial deposit of 50% (of the ticket price) is only applicable for exclusive bookings. Shared party bookings for 10 or more guests are in full at the tickets price upon booking.

Tickets are non refundable. Money from cancelled tickets cannot be transferred and used for drinks or any other extras.

We have a selection of drinks packages available for pre-ordering. You can add these to your event up to 1 week before your event. Add them to your trip or ask your event coordinator for more info.

Minimum age of 18 years to attend our parties.

The ticket to this party is the wristband, sent to an address provided by you 5 days prior to the event.

Props to suit the theme are encouraged.

This venues has a  cloakroom for guests.

We can cater for almost all dietary requirement including Halal meals - if they are pre-ordered at least 2 weeks before your party.

We are able to provide Kosher, however this will have a different menu as advertised, to be agreed in advance. There is no additional charge for this service, however, neither does the guest receive any discount

Part of this venue, the opening hour, is not accessible to wheelchair users, or people with limited mobility. However, the lower vault will be opened to anyone during this time and the bar will be open in this area and DJ will be mixing from 7pm.
