Birmingham Christmas Parties at The NEC 2024

For the NEC Christmas party in Birmingham, we present ‘New York Nights!’. The NEC will be transformed into a truly immersive experience with exhilarating entertainment, delicious food and an electric atmosphere. With a new 'New York Nights' theme, be prepared to experience a night like no other as you make your way towards the Broadway ticket office and towards the bright lights of NEW YORK, NEW YORK…

The New York skyline and Empire State Building towers overhead amongst a sparkling sea of dazzling mirror balls as beams of light that dance around the room. The bustling bars exude class and energy, drawing you in to absorb the electric atmosphere. You recognise upbeat party tunes mixed with the funky beats of well-known classics as carefree conversation flows round the venue.

As you begin to explore – sampling canapés and collecting friends and colleagues along the way – the tempo of the evening momentarily changes pace as impromptu bursts of entertainment light up the podiums and the night starts to show its real character!

The Manhattan bars serve a wide assortment of drinks from chilled beers to crisp gin and tonics, while professional cocktail staff design iconic cocktails – Manhattan and New York sours are the toast of the evening as you relax and soak up the spirited ambience of a Christmas party New York style! As you take your seats for a superb three course feast, the stage bursts into life as you are treated to an evening of exhilarating entertainment! World-class aerial entertainers and professional dance troops turn up the tempo.

As you enjoy a tasty festive dinner and relax amongst friends and colleagues, conversation is plentiful and fine wines flow. As the last spoonful of dessert is devoured, the lights cut to an explosion of light and sound on the main stage that marks the beginning of a dazzling finale.

After-dinner entertainment is plentiful – 4 indoor fairground rides (including dodgems, waltzer and twist rides) whirl into action, while elsewhere in the venue the fun casino opens its tables, fairground stalls come to life, the professional photographer captures groups of friends while the 360 camera spins to life! While some take coffee and chocolates in a quieter area, the dance floor beckons for those disco bunnies with boundless energy and whose night is still young! And don’t forget to sample a midnight breakfast roll!

As the evening draws to an unwelcome end, memories of a fun filled night are etched, as you reflect on a truly spectacular party!

All-Inclusive drinks party nights at The Birmingham NEC

Selected party nights include house wine, premium beers, ciders and soft drinks all included within the ticket price and available all evening. These are extremely popular and sell out quickly. They exclude all spirits, champagne, cocktails and prosecco.

The all-inclusive drinks are included on Tues 3rd, Sun 8th, Mon 9th, Tues 10th, Sun 15th, Tues 17th, and Wed 18th December.

Dress Code

Black tie or smart dress essential, jeans and trainers will not be accepted.

Is there an age limit?

Our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old.

What is the dress code?

We have a strict smart dress code, and as such do not allow guests to wear jeans or trainers to our events.

Are there strobe lights used?

Yes, at some of our venues, the disco and entertainment may have bursts of flashing lights.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

Please note that should you wish to add guests to your booking, this is subject to our availability. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any deposits already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any final balances are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER DRINKS?

We have several drinks packages available, complete your drinks order form you received upon booking and pay for your whole package including your drinks on your final balance date.
