Sample Three Course Menu

STANDARD MENU

Starter - Gravadlax of salmon with dill cream cheese, caper berries, rye toast.

Mains - Rolled breast of turkey wrapped in parma ham apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, brussel sprouts, roast turkey jus.

Dessert - Salted caramel cheesecake, salted popcorn, chantilly cream.

VEGETARIAN/VEGAN MENU

Starter - Roasted squash and fig salad with crispy onion and herb breadcrumb, apple cider dress.

Mains - Beetroot wellington apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, Brussel sprouts, vegetable jus.

Dessert - Christmas pudding, red currants, brandy sauce.

Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.

Minimum group size is 15

If you are a private individual you will pay the prices listed under the "Consumer Price" (including VAT) column. All prices are per person. Dates are subject to availability at time of booking.

If you are a business (VAT registered), you will initially pay the consumer price higher price but will then the company may be able to reclaim the VAT, therefore it is the price listed under the "Business Price" (excluding VAT) column that your company will end up having paid. (*please ask the accounts department to clarify your VAT position).

Drinks Upgrades for the Imposter Themed Christmas Party

Included in the default packages at £125.00 + VAT per person is half a bottle of wine with dinner, and unlimited soft drinks.

Upgrade to the all-inclusive standard package: £20 +VAT pp

This includes unlimited house wine, beer and soft drinks served from 8pm to 12.30am.

Upgrade to the all-inclusive plus package: £50 +VAT pp

This includes unlimited house wine, beer and soft drinks, plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of prosecco, served from 8pm to 12.30am.

FAQ

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE I CAN BOOK FOR?

The minimum number of people you can book for is 15 people. The maximum number for private dining rooms at this venue is 150.

Will we have our own private dining room?

Yes. The Imposters game show experience, challenges and activities take place in your own private dining room. This is also where you’ll enjoy your 3-course festive banquet with all-inclusive drinks. After dinner, stay in your room to enjoy the unlimited drinks, or mingle with other groups at the bar and plan where you’re going to continue the party.

Dietary requirements

We have designed delicious menus alongside our main menu for those guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.

Please note that these alternative meals must be ordered in advance of the party.

Please note that we are not unable to provide Kosher meals, however, you are welcome to arrange for the venue to receive a Kosher Meal on the day of your party and they will cook this in their ovens and serve (still in the tray) to your guests at their tables. There is no additional charge for this service; however neither does the guest receive any discount for not having one of our own meals.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING?

Please note that should you wish to add guests to your booking, this is subject to our availability. If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any deposits already paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any final balances are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PARTY?

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £50 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The rest of the balance is due 8 weeks before your event.

Any additional items such as drinks packages and dodgems tokens must be paid for on your final balance date

The balance of your booking can be paid on our website, by bank transfer, or debit / credit card. All details can be found on your booking confirmation email.

Business / Consumer Price & claiming back VAT

All customers pay the Consumer Price to book their party.

If you are a VAT registered business you may be able claim back the VAT through your business like any other business expense, so you end up paying the advertised Business Price. *if applicable, your accountants will advise you on this and we will not be held responsible for any errors caused.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER DRINKS?

There are three packages to choose from. Included in the base £125.00 package is half a bottle of wine and unlimited soft drinks per person. You can upgrade to our most popular all-inclusive drinks package which has unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks served 8pm - 12.30pm. For the ultimate party experience, upgrade to the all-inclusive PLUS drinks package which not only gets you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks, but also 6 single spirit tokens or glasses of prosecco.

What happens after the Imposter aspect of the party has ended?

Once dessert has finished and the gatekeepers wrap up the game, the winner will be declared – will it be the imposters; or the faithfuls?

You will then have access to this private dining room for the remainder of the evening, you can make the room your own. Bring a portable speaker, play some music, continue chatting with your friends and enjoy the unlimited drinks until the bar closes at 00.30 am.

What is the dress code?

Thiere is no official dress code for this event, it’s a great excuse to dress up to the nines. Having said that, we’re relaxed about it. Dress to impress or get comfortable with your friends and colleagues.
