Over the past 19 years, we have built a relationship with the top UK venues and are therefore able to offer the best available rates for our clients.

We're so confident that we cannot be beaten on price that if you find a better rate for the same party, we'll beat it for you.

Found a better rate?
Simply forward the quote or link to your event coordinator and they will then update your quote to the same price or even better it.
Does your party qualify?

We price match against the total cost of the party (including upgrades).

Same Package?
The party needs to be exactly the same as the one on our site and date.

Already Booked?
Let us know within 24 hours of when you booked and we will match the rate.

Evidence?
You must provide evidence of a lower price. This can be a link, email or PDF quote.
THE LEGAL BIT
If the price you have found abides by all of the above, simply email us from the lead bookers email account. Remember to include your booking reference number and all the details above.
We only price match against the venue website directly. If you have a better price from an agent please speak to us and we will still try to beat this but be aware that the alternative agency may have miss-quoted if they are under the venue's pricing.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility where you have failed to send us the information requested in the format required or where a URL from the site you are asking us to Price Match is no longer active, as it prevents us from viewing the comparison party.
We will review the details of your Price Match request and reply to you via email within 7 working days. Refunds will be re-credited to the original method used to make your purchase within 14 days.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise or restrict its availability to any person at any time for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you.
